Kuiper NM , Cash HL , Welton MT , Chung C . Hawaii J Health Soc Welf 2020 79 108-112 Non-communicable diseases (NCDs) are the leading causes of death in the United States Affiliated Pacific Islands (USAPIs); US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention funds programs for prevention and control of diabetes, tobacco use, and related chronic disease conditions.
